Employability Support

Our Activity Agreement programme supports young people aged 16-24 who need support to progress onto training, college, or employment.

This programme is ideal for young people who have left school, with few or no qualifications, are lacking in confidence and are unsure of their next steps. Through a holistic combination of group work and 1:1 support, our goal is to help young people remove barriers, develop skills, build confidence, and gain qualifications. The programme is tailored to each person but does require attendance at our group session once a week as well as 1-1 sessions. During the programme we work on practical skills such CV writing, interview techniques, career choices, teambuilding and developing communication skills. We also incorporate wellbeing sessions around self-care, goal setting, critical thinking and managing anxiety.

If eligible young people will receive an EMA payment of £30 per week when they engage.
