We are delighted to introduce the newest member of the CY team, Ryan Wilson.

Can you tell he didn’t want his picture taken?

Ryan has recently taken up the position of Café Apprentice in The Old School Café and is working alongside Dan and Lewis, cooking up delicious food and tasty cakes – as well as learning valuable skills required for a future career in hospitality!

When asked about his experience so far Ryan had this to say;

“In the last month since starting the apprenticeship I’ve been feeling much more confident and have gained experience using the equipment and barista machine. I’ve enjoyed being part of the CY team and having a laugh with the other staff. I am looking forward to getting a qualification, more experience and support to work out my next steps after I’ve completed my apprenticeship”
