Since 1977, Canongate Youth has worked alongside children, young people, and families in Edinburgh to create opportunities, raise aspirations, and reduce inequality. We provide safe, welcoming spaces through youth clubs, wellbeing support, and creative opportunities—always designed with young people at the centre.
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic leader to work with our Board of Trustees, setting the mission and strategy for Canongate Youth. You’ll provide strong leadership, effective operational management, and ensure our work continues to be transformative for young people.
What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience, ideally in the third sector.
- Strong financial management and fundraising skills.
- Ability to lead, empower, and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
